Net-A-Porter & Nomadic Un-Boxing

A few new things arrived this week, with the last of my birthday gift cards sitting on my desk I started my search for a nice little card holder that I could tote around in my clutch or side bag instead of a bulky wallet.
I very rarely have cash on me as I prefer to use my card & keep what I take to the minimum.

Net-A-Porter

One of my favorite online stores to purchase designer goods, they are reliable & have very strict rules about the products they sell.
Everything is checked over to guarantee authenticity before sending to the buyer.
I ordered Sunday evening & my package arrived Tuesday morning.

The packaging is always a favourite of mine & I continue to accumulate a fair few of their boxes.
Eventually I'll reuse them but for now they are stored away.

First item was the Hourglass Ambient Lighting palette
This retails for $95 at Mecca in Australia but I paid $71 from Net-A-Porter.

I didn't want anything that would fit more than 5 or 6 cards.
Card space for front & back allows you to fit comfortably two cards each side.
Also has a slot in the middle that an extra card or cash can be kept in.

Next was a freebie from Net-A-Porter.
With a mini measuring tape & booklet to take my body measurements for future purchases.

The Ambient lighting powder I'm excited to use as I haven't put down my luminous light compact since I purchased it a few weeks ago.

I adore my YSL card holder & have already started using it everyday.

Nomadic

I've been on the hunt for sometime now for another wallet, something simple with a little edge to it.
I also wanted to use something that didn't blatantly stand out as a designer item.
Previously Louis Vuitton was my go to brand for designer wallets as they are made extremely well & last forever.
Instead this time I opted for another zip around wallet (I can't use clip wallets as I always tend to find them open in my bag with cards fallen out everywhere).
Nomadic is a beautiful luxury brand that creates some nice leather pieces including bags (also eyeing one of their travel bags).

I purchased the 'Show me the money' snake effect wallet ($119) made from 100% cowhide leather & the Little Black Book lined notebook ($19) for blogging.
